Services / Motion Systems · Step 01

Find where your production hours go.

A one to two week audit of one real creative pipeline: where the hours go, what to automate first, and one working prototype.

Fixed fee · from US$5,000

01

Signs you need one

  • 01Every campaign means the same resizing and versioning work, done by hand again.
  • 02Localisation handoffs take days, and most of that time is file preparation.
  • 03Senior designers spend their week on production rather than design.
  • 04You suspect a lot could be automated but can't say which part first.
  • 05Headcount requests keep coming back to production volume, not creative need.
02

What you get

01

A pipeline map

Every step of one real pipeline, who does it, which tools it touches and how long it takes.

02

Wasted hours, quantified

Repetitive, automatable time, per person and per cycle. A number, not a feeling.

03

Ranked opportunities

Scored by hours saved against effort, so the first fix pays back fastest.

04

One quick-win prototype

A working script, plugin or tool, used on real files during the audit.

03

Proof

12

motion designers use the packaging tool. Team standard since June 2025.

Questions

Why only one pipeline?

Because the numbers have to be real. Mapping one pipeline with the people who run it produces measurements you can defend.

Is a build required afterwards?

No. You keep the map, the ranked list and the prototype. If you start a Build within 30 days of the report, the audit fee is credited toward it.

What tools do you work with?

After Effects first: that's where I build tools. The audit follows your tools rather than asking you to change them.

Do you work outside Canada?

Yes. Most engagements are remote, across North America and Europe, with a Pacific time overlap.
